Terms and Conditions

A standard indemnity form must be completed by each person before departure on one of our Table Mountain guided hikes, or walks.

• Bookings that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are liable to 50% of the amount due.
• Bookings that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are liable to full payment.
• Walks may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. This would require a forecast of 60% chance of rain or more and/or wind greater than 45kph.
• The cableway does not run everyday so you may have to hike down or we alter the route if this is the case. For those booked for the circular hike on top an alternative route will be offered.

Table mountain walks and their servants and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience to any person, or his/her property, whatever the same shall occur, and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Table Mountain Walks, their servants or agents or other persons directly or indirectly in the employment or service of the company or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
